Structural Steel Detailer (Taking Resumes)

Metal Arts detailers maintain a high level of quality and accuracy to ensure our end product is of the highest quality.  We are not actively seeking Detailers; however, we are always happy to receive resumes from skilled Structural Steel Detailers to possibly join our team.  We utilize Tekla Structures by Trimble for our detailing software.  If you have experience as a Structural Steel Detailer and are interested in an opportunity with Metal Arts, LLC please contact Shaun Huibsch for more information.

Machine Operator (No Openings)

Our Saw Man is responsible for more than just the sawing of material.  His or her duties include complete operation and upkeep of a CNC Saw and CNC Drill, the receiving of material inventory, the return of useable drop to inventory, upkeep of the steel yard, and assisting the Fitters and Welders when necessary.

Fitter (Taking Resumes)

Our fitters are responsible for reading prints and assembling our weldments or fabrications.  We rely on our fitters to maintain a high level of quality by ensuring their fabrications strictly adhere to their drawings and our high standards of quality.

Welder (Taking Resumes)

Our welders are all certified for their required welding and are the follow up step to our fitting process.  Once fitted, the welder will follow the drawings to fully weld the fabrications per both the drawings and either general or specific AWS procedures.  Speed and accuracy of our welders is critically important for our company to be successful.

Painter (No Openings)

Our Painters are responsible for cleaning the steel, masking the steel per the fitters markings, and painting/priming the steel to the proper color.  Once painted and dry, the painters are responsible for moving the steel to the yard and staging it in the proper place.
